About the Role: Learning Designer

Based in our Birmingham office on a hybrid schedule, you will play a vital role in shaping engaging and effective online learning experiences.

  • Collaborate & Design: Work closely with the Learning Design team, subject matter experts, and technical specialists to develop innovative learning modules that align with educational objectives and enhance student engagement.
  • Content Development: Partner with module leaders to ensure seamless course development, adhering to quality standards and best practices for online education.
  • Adapt & Optimize: Refine existing teaching materials for online delivery and guide content developers in creating supplementary resources that enrich the learning experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review and enhance online learning content based on feedback from university partners and stakeholders, ensuring a high-quality and impactful learning journey.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research and stay informed about emerging trends in education and online learning to continuously optimize our platforms and methodologies.
