About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team at Online Education Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing high-quality online learning content that meets the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Module Design and Development
    • Collaborate with subject specialists and technical teams to design and develop online learning modules that align with our quality standards.
    • Contribute to the development of innovative and effective learning content that optimizes the student learning experience.
  • Content Creation and Editing
    • Edit written learning materials and provide feedback to content developers to ensure high-quality content.
    • Liaise with the OES team to resolve issues related to pedagogical design and delivery.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement
    • Implement regular reviews and improvements of online learning content according to established timescales.
    • Liaise with OES technology teams to resolve issues with the VLE/Content Management System.
  • Education Research and Development
    • Research the latest trends and advances in education and online learning, with a focus on VLE/LMS usability and capabilities.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Experience
    • Educated to degree level.
    • Demonstrated high standard of interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.
    • Highly motivated and passionate about education and online learning.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Imaginative and intelligent approach to solving problems.
    • Attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Prioritizing and planning both your own and others' work.
    • Ability to work as part of a close team.
