Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and providing support to our team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Skills:

  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Knowledge of proper phone etiquette
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essentail
  • Experience with sage accounting is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
