Helpdesk Administrator
We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our clients team based in Central Telford.

You will provide an excellent customer service at all times to customers, ensuring they have a smooth and problem-free service.


Duties:

- not limited to:_

  • Monitor a shared inbox and action duties in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Data entry log jobs onto a CRM system.
  • Schedule engineers onto jobs using CRM system.
  • Check up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Any administrative duties as requested to support the team.

Hours:

  • 41.25hrs._ Mon-Fri 08:0017:00
