Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our ICT team at Epwin Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and administration to our key business systems, ensuring user requests are resolved to agreed service levels, and working closely with various teams to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line support for our business systems, including ERP Business System & Warehouse Management System, Group VAT Reporting, and other related systems.
  • Coordinate 2nd line support with third-party support companies and manage third-party support contracts, including monitoring of SLAs.
  • Develop and promote the use of our business systems within the organization, including user training and project management of system enhancements.
  • Support the ICT Helpdesk function, ensuring that user requests are resolved to agreed service levels and identifying opportunities to reduce the volume of Helpdesk requests.
Requirements:
  • BSc/BA degree in a relevant subject, such as Accounting, Management, Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
  • Microsoft Business Central ERP support and administration experience.
  • SQL Server administration experience.
  • Experience of Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution operations.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
