Job Title: Graduate Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Business Systems Analyst to join our team at the Window Systems Division. As a key member of our ICT team, you will provide support and administration to key business systems, ensuring seamless operations and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line support for business systems, including ERP, Warehouse Management, Time & Attendance, and Group VAT Reporting.
  • Coordinate 2nd line support with third-party vendors, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage third-party support contracts, monitoring service level agreements and ensuring compliance.
  • Develop and promote the use of business systems within the organization, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and implement data reports using System Report Writing Tools and SSRS.
  • Deliver user training and support, ensuring effective adoption of new systems.
  • Project manage system enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
  • BSc/BA degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
  • Microsoft Business Central ERP support and administration experience.
  • SQL Server administration skills.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Office Apps, Outlook/Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Cyber security awareness and knowledge of process/change management.
  • Full driving license.
