Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Epwin Group. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and administering key business systems within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Provide 1st line support for our business systems, including ERP Business System & Warehouse Management System, Group VAT Reporting, and other related systems.
  • Technical Support: Coordinate 2nd line support with third-party support companies and manage third-party support contracts, including monitoring of SLAs.
  • System Development: Promote and develop the use of business systems within the organization, including data report writing, user training, and project management of system enhancements.
  • Service Delivery: Support the ICT Helpdesk function, ensuring user requests are resolved to agreed service levels, and provide root cause analysis of Helpdesk requests to identify opportunities to reduce the volume of Helpdesk requests.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any of the following BSc/BA degree courses in any of the following subjects: Accounting, Management, Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
  • Experience: Microsoft Business Central ERP support and administration, SQL Server administration, experience of Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution operations, and MS Office 365.
  • Skills: Cyber security awareness, project management, user training, creating technical documentation, experience of Process/Change management, and full driving license.
