About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the production and analysis of data, driving improvement actions to ensure the business operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform strategic business analysis to understand, predict, and enhance procurement and supply chain processes and performance.
  • Assemble and analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
  • Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals to support internal and customer requirements.
  • Support the output of a risk analysis against the delivery forecast, to be presented to the customer and key internal stakeholders.
  • Support the production of agreed model tracking Gainshare savings and obtaining monthly signoff with both internal and external parties.

Requirements

  • Experience in a supply chain background.
  • Good understanding of business analysis principles, tools, and techniques, evidenced through extensive practical experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience of developing data models, management information, and giving presentations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including its analytical functions.
  • An ability to develop and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels in an organization.

Qualifications

  • A degree, relevant professional qualification, or have relevant business analyst experience in a large, complex organization.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
