An expanding consultancy are seeking to hire an International Pay & Benefits Manager, working on a hybrid basis.
The International Pay & Benefits Manager will be responsible for;
- Managing a large payroll team, ensuring the delivery of the payrolls for UK and global offices and that SLA's are met.
- Overseeing / managing the benefits process including pensions.
- Managing payroll and benefits vendors.
- Annual benefits provider reviews.
- Training, development and motivation of the payroll team.
- Improving policies and procedures.
- Have previous payroll and benefits management experience within a high volume payroll environment for a global business.
- Have previously led and developed a payroll team.
- Have systems implementation / testing experience.
