Valuence International UK is hiring for who have experience customer service to join our team. We have been operating with a small number of team, but as we enter the overseas expansion phase in the future, we are looking for members who will grow our overseas business together.
This position will be responsible for purchasing the items, and deal with customer who visit to our shop.
- **Main Responsibilities**_
- Welcome customer in store, taking care of whole purchasing process
- Shop daily operations, stock processing and replenishment, etc.
- Consult with Customers and negotiate to buy their items
- Take photo for purchased item
- Confirm payment record
- Data Entry (Stock list, cancel list etc.)
- Attending the meeting concerning purchasing operation
- Analyse weekly purchase data and execute action plan
- Manage Customer information list
- **Qualities**_
- Experience with Customer service
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Who is self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
- Comfortable using basic Excel functions

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
