**Role Overview***
We are seeking dynamic Interns with a business degree who are interested in becoming Management Consultants, for a 3-month long internship to join our team, from the top London Business schools listed below:

- University College London
- London Business School
- Bayes Business School
- London School of Economics
- Imperial College Business School

We are looking for interns with a keen interest to:

- Gain industry specific transformation knowledge and add value to our product offering
- Analyse and build out Industry-specific transformation models
- Define future offerings in areas of sustainability, future of work, organisational efficiencies, people efficiencies, product/service efficiencies for us/ our publicly listed multinational clients
- Understand, learn and improve the methodologies around:

- Modelling business strategies into operations
- Defining and implementing value chains and operating models
- Structuring portfolios and projects
- Managing people change and human development methodologies
- IT and system technology efficiencies
- Transformation intelligence (AI)
- Simulation and transformation modelling

**Key Responsibilities***
- Understand and articulate Modus' management consulting offerings.
- Assist in mapping transformation journeys in retail, healthcare, finance, and hospitality sectors.
- Support project management activities and contribute to client presentations.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Utilise Microsoft Office 365 to develop reports, presentations, and analysis.

**Qualifications and Key Skills***
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

- Ability to engage with stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in written and spoken English

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
