Payroll Administrator Needed for a 6-12 Month Cover

Your new company
Hays are working with a leading organisation to recruit for a temporary payroll administrator. This role is based within the healthcare and medical sector located in Surrey.

Your new role:

  • Main duties to provide admin support to payroll team
  • Answering payroll queries
  • Processing new employees
  • Updating employee changes


Leavers P4
  • Be a champion for internal and external customer service

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Excel
  • Vlookups and Pivot table
- iTrent (advantageous but not essential)

  • Current or previous payroll exposure
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Track record of excellent customer service

What you'll get in return
The opportunity to work in a friendly office environment that promotes people culture. Further experience within payroll and an opportunity to develop under an experienced team. The role may be extended after the initial 6 months.
