**Salary: £25,000 + Dependent on experience**

**Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday (2 x days home based)**

Prestige Nursing & Care, part of the Sodexo Group, has provided home care for over 75 years and we have 35 local offices in England and Scotland. Our aim is to lead the care industry by providing high quality, personalised and specialist services to our clients.

**Your role at Prestige**:
To ensure colleagues are paid accurately and in line with our payroll timetable. You will provide best in class customer service supporting our colleagues with any payroll related queries.

Main Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Opening post and responding to payroll mailbox queries
- Importing timesheets from rostering system
- Inputting timesheets
- Reviewing timesheet and payroll reports for reasonableness
- Supporting with new system implementation
- Providing best in class customer service
- Liasing with Branches
- General Office duties

**Skills and qualifications we're looking for**:

- Excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate succinctly and clearly
- iTrent experience is a strong advantage
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative - self-starter, able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Good team player
- Excellent time management skills
- Can do attitude
- Willingness to learn and improve processes
