Here at WeDo we have an exciting opportunity that has risen, we are looking for a Purchase Ledger and Sales Assistant to join our fantastic, growing Accounts team and who will hit the ground running.
Duties will include:
- Processing Purchase Ledger
- Post Invoices
- Matching and Coding Invoices
- Reconciling Supplier Statements
- Credit Control
- Processing Staff Expenses
- Setting up new accounts and maintaining existing account details
- Query Resolution
You will be accountable for the Purchase Ledger process and have responsibility for duties such as purchasing orders through to invoicing and reconciliation.
