We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Head of Sales

to lead our sales efforts in the UK and Europe.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and managing and building relationships of Other Media clients in UK and Europe.


ResponsibilitiesnStrategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.nMarket Expansion
:
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's presence and market share in sport.nClient Acquisition
:

Lead by example in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and closing strategic deals.

nClient Success
:

Collaborate closely with the client success and customer support teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and maximise client satisfaction and retention.

nSales Operations
:

Implement and optimise sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency within the organisation.

nMarket Insights
:

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

nReporting and Analysis
:

Track, analyse and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and inform business decisions.

nCross-Functional Collaboration
:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.


Qualificationsn2+ years of progressive experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth in the sports sector, preferably with some digital experience.nExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business results.nProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability, resilience, and initiative.nStrategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and drive innovation and continuous improvement.nWillingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

LOCATIONnThis is a hybrid position based in London, with regular communication and collaboration with the UK based team.
