We are looking for a person who can

Duties will include:

  • Managing customer product returns and ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
  • Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure customer orders are complete.
  • Entering and processing updates on our internal CRM system.
  • Working with couriers to resolve delivery issues and enquiries
  • Other general administrative duties as and when required.
