Duties will include:
- Managing customer product returns and ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure customer orders are complete.
- Entering and processing updates on our internal CRM system.
- Working with couriers to resolve delivery issues and enquiries
- Other general administrative duties as and when required.
Punctual, honest, and with a reasonable degree of flexibility, we're keen to find a new team member who is eager to learn new skills and willing to help develop our customer care approach.
