Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sales and profitability by performing assigned tasks that contribute to the ongoing development of the store and the delivery of friendly, efficient service to customers, colleagues, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold food items for customers.
- Manage cooking processes for hot food items in the ovens.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of menu offerings and accurately explain options to customers.
- Present and package food items according to customer specifications.
- Replenish sandwich stock to maintain availability during operational hours.
- Utilize the till for order processing, payment collection, and providing change as needed.
- Comply with all operational processes, policies, and procedures of Greggs and the company.
- Adhere to food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food storage, preparation, and service.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of health and food safety regulations in a food service environment.
