Job Title: Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of SME clients, maintaining excellent rapport as their go-to advisor.

About the Role:
  • Support a diverse range of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on financial matters.
  • Work closely with Senior Managers to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
  • Review accounts files and support the tax planning process.
  • Mentor junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement more efficient ways of service delivery.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth and development through regular networking and innovative ideas.
  • Set an example as a trusted and hands-on Manager.

Requirements:
  • ACCA or ACA qualified or QBE.
  • UK practice experience.
  • Previous experience nurturing client relationships within practice.
  • Supervisory level experience.
  • Good basic knowledge across accountancy services.
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow and that of others.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Commercial acumen and creative ideas for new processes and growth.
