We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Accountancy Search. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transaction Management: Accurately oversee the company's financial transactions, develop budgets and forecasts, prepare financial reports, and monitor all transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations, provide feedback and solutions to issues, and write financial protocols and procedures.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and articulate financial information to a varied audience.
- Financial Audits: Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Payroll Administration: Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
