As a Pre-Construction BIM Lead, you will play a crucial role in digital integration and knowledge sharing to drive innovation and efficiency within our projects. Join us to contribute to our mission of making construction safer and more collaborative.
What you'll do:- Responsible for digital integration at pre-construction
- Lead knowledge sharing between pre-construction and projects/delivery
- Act as a link between customers, markets, and bid delivery related to BIM & GIS environments
- Lead engagement sessions to develop innovative solutions for Skanska Infrastructure
- Support our Net Zero aspirations by driving the carbon reduction strategy
- Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Extensive knowledge of BIM implementation on project and corporate levels
- Familiarity with UK BIM Framework and relevant standards
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
