About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Construction Feasibility Manager to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10. As a key member of our Design and Construction team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the feasibility of complex logistics projects across EU countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the feasibility of potential construction projects, including site selection, permitting, and contract execution.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to secure resources, scope infrastructure builds, and drive results.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including cost estimations, due diligence, and schedule tracking.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Represent Amazon's interests in negotiations with developers, contractors, and consultants.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, construction, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within assigned regions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating within at least two disciplines in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated capability in project management, design review, and implementation.
  • Influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
