About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pre-Construction Feasibility Manager to join our Design and Construction team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating the feasibility of complex construction projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the feasibility of potential construction projects, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, design engineering, construction, and finance, to secure resources and drive project progress.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including contractors, consultants, and developers, to ensure alignment with Amazon's interests.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, construction, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within assigned regions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating within at least two disciplines in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated capability in the planning, design review, and implementation of new structures and the enhancement of existing facility buildings.
  • Influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
