Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Construction Manager to spearhead BIM activities from preconstruction through to project delivery on a significant prison initiative in the Bicester / Aylesbury area. This role allows for hybrid working from either our London or Bradford office, with occasional travel to the project site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities, and formulate the BIM strategy for the project.
  • Facilitate BIM coordination meetings alongside the Design Manager, which may involve activities such as live walkthroughs, clash detection, and resolving coordination or spatial challenges.
  • Compile assessments of the supply chain for commercial selection.
  • Draft and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Oversee the deployment and effective operation of BIM processes at the site level.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in architecture, structural engineering, or MEP is advantageous, ideally from a design or construction background.
  • Demonstrated expertise in BIM, including proficiency with authoring tools.
  • Strong focus on quality.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a creative and independent approach to problem-solving.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic in fostering a collaborative BIM project team.
  • Strong management and organizational capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Recognized BIM certification.
