Summary:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Shift structure, availability required between 7.00am and 6.30pm (early/mids/lates)
- Uniform provided
- Location: Bristol
Main Duties:
You will create a memorable and lasting experience by delivering exemplary customer service to the building users.
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Regular floor walks, engaging with clients at their desks
- Logging work orders to request maintenance
- Communicating with clients on Yammer and responding to feedback and suggestion
- Preparing meeting rooms/office space for a range of uses, including setting out, removal and storage of furniture and equipment
- Support events on site by providing porterage, room configuration, clearing
- Be the face of the FM team to the clients and visitors, ensuring a seamless end user experience
- Support the Work Place Hub in delivering a variety of services including stationary and printer hub management, first fix tech, AV support and furniture management on site
- Work as a team to create a great office environment, that our clients want to be part of
- Signage preparation, printing, and displaying
Person Specification:
You are friendly and professional and work tirelessly to ensure that colleagues in the building are given an exemplary customer experience.
You will be just as comfortable welcoming a VIP to site, as you will be to organise the room setup for an event for 100 people.
You will be outgoing and enjoy working as part of a team focussed on delivering the most amazing service.We seek people with the following skills and experience:
- Genuine enthusiasm for providing the highest standard of customer service at all times
- Good teamwork skills and a dedicated team player
- Warm and engaging communication style, ability to quickly build rapport and relationship with site users
- Pride in your appearance
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not essential
