The Corporate Workplace Wellbeing team is part of the Organisational Development function providing pro-active support and management of a portfolio of holistic workplace wellbeing initiatives and key projects aligned to evidence based best practice, with a particular focus on health promotion and prevention, non-clinical education and development, staff engagement and culture.


The Workplace Wellbeing Co-ordinator, as directed by the Workplace Wellbeing Manager, supports delivery of the Trust's Strategic Workplace Wellbeing Framework and associated action plans and programmes of work to support colleagues Trust wide.


The Wellbeing Co-ordinator takes a corporate role in driving the wellbeing agenda forward through working in partnership Divisional leads, service leads, managers, staff side, wellbeing advocates and other partners both from within and outside the Trust.


University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is one of the largest acute Trusts in the country, bringing together a combined workforce of over 13,000 staff and over 100 different clinical services across 10 different sites, serving a core population of more than 500,000 people across South West England.
