The Sycamore Church of England Trust is in search of a dynamic and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at St Stephen's CE Primary School. This role presents an exciting chance to contribute significantly within our Trust. School experience is advantageous but not essential; this position welcomes individuals with administrative background, particularly in an educational environment where your work will impact children's development.
We are seeking someone who possesses:
- Proven track record in general administrative support, including tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and responding to routine correspondence
- Proficiency in IT tools like Excel, databases, and sign-in systems
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to ensure a warm reception for all visitors in line with safeguarding protocols
- Dedication, flexibility, and enthusiasm in upholding high professional standards and positive relations with students, parents, and colleagues
