Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and proactive Medical Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Clinical Administration at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and support services to multiple consultants and their clinical teams in the Rheumatology Department.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties of the role include:
- Providing administrative support to consultants and their teams, including managing diaries, arranging meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Managing patient records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, procedures, and other clinical activities.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Providing administrative support for clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
