This is a key role required to enable organisational objectives around growth to be met. Executing good judgement and understanding the needs of the service. Displaying a commercial understanding and an ability to introduce new ideas to improve systems andefficiency within your remit. Previous experience in a similar recruitment role is essential.

Key responsibilities...

  • Contribute to design and implementation of recruitment strategy
  • Provide a full workforce solution for the service
  • Manage endtoend recruitment and compliance
  • Meet supply and/or demand requirements and limit use of external agency staff
  • Analyse and improve recruitment processes where necessary
  • Write Job Descriptions and facilitate Person Specifications
  • Identify and source Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Support Workers (SW) and manage the skills pipeline
  • Identify and source nonclinical roles when required
  • Creative advert writing
  • Head hunting
  • Manage interview process and attend interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Support HR department when required
  • Manage and continually update People related IT systems, ensuring full compliance
  • Complete administrative work as required
  • Maintain relationships with all staff
  • Liaise with internal departments and external companies as required
  • Work as a team member towards business objectives
  • Attend, contribute and lead where appropriate on meetings to inform on progression and strategies
