Job Title: Onshore Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment to oversee all student recruitment activities, business development activities, account management, and marketing events for B2B channels across the country or region you will manage. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our Company Directors to develop B2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote international student recruitment for GUS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to promote international student recruitment for GUS
  • Oversee all student recruitment activities, including account management and marketing events
  • Collaborate with Company Directors to develop B2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies
  • Represent one of our Universities or Colleges located in Europe, North America, or Asia
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education industry
  • Travel to educational fairs and events to promote GUS and its programmes
  • Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and train education agents on how to promote GUS and its programmes
Requirements:
  • Experience in international student recruitment for higher education
  • Established agency network and solid relationships with key stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of industry trends and market analysis
  • Experience in generating new revenue from existing streams and accounts
  • Proven track record of identifying and supporting developing business partners and growing existing client relationships
  • Salesforce or database management experience
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 GBP annually, with bonus and incentives based on qualifications and experience. This is a home-based position with travel costs covered. Ideally, you will be located in London and able to travel with ease. The position reports directly to the Director and will represent the university/college brand.
