Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Spearhead sales across the company's portfolio of summits and support existing projects.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to generate and qualify new leads for each campaign.
  • Client Relationships: Attend the company's flagship events and organise business development trips to meet with clients.
  • Sales Targets: Close sales, meet targets, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Sponsorship Deliverables: Oversee the execution of sponsorship deliverables according to contractual agreements.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven sales prowess with excellent sales records.
  • Ambition and Drive: Ambition with a drive to achieve financial targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: A genuine passion for sustainability and technology.
  • Work Ethic: A strong work ethic with a high pace of work.
  • Communication Skills: Sophisticated, intelligent and professional presentation.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years B2B sales or recruitment experience dealing with senior business executives.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Additional language proficiency – Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, French.
  • Industry Background: Understands the B2B conference model.
  • Specialised Knowledge: Experience in the sustainability and cleantech sectors.
