About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent to fill available roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and selecting key talent to fill available roles
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including communicating with hiring managers and teams to determine the needs of the position
- Posting job ads, screening candidates, reference checking, making offers, and declining unsuitable candidates
- Providing support to the Talent & Culture and operations teams to drive talent acquisition strategy and streamline processes
- Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and operations teams to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
- Utilizing networking opportunities to source talent and promote job opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience working in recruitment or an internal talent acquisition role
- Demonstrated record of providing exceptional customer experience to hiring managers and candidates
- High organization skills and attention to detail
- Great communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to build rapport
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Creative flair with the ability to write and present eye-catching job advertisements and develop content for internal job sharing boards
