About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Student Recruitment Manager to join our team at Study Group. As a key member of our international education team, you will be responsible for delivering New Student Enrolment (NSE) targets and managing university partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans and strategies to drive sales and achieve NSE targets.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including University Partners, Regional Directors, and Education Recruitment Directors, to develop and execute campaign plans and strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key recruitment contacts and Centre Directors to drive tactical sales activity and achieve NSE targets.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors and Education Recruitment Directors to ensure the go-to-market plans are executed in accordance with the plan.
  • Lead the implementation and review of collaborative student recruitment activities with University Partners.
  • Report on sales performance and provide feedback and insights to University partners on market and product trends.
About You
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets in the international education market.
  • Strong collaborator with experience of developing effective relationships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in an international corporate/matrix environment and using data/reporting to drive decision making.
  • Demonstrable business and commercial acumen, analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Agile in approach, able to move seamlessly between short-term tactical and medium-term plans and activities.
