The Role:


As the HR Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing sound employee relations advice to our management teams across a dedicated region.

You'll provide support to the HR Business Partner in delivering the people strategy and associated projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide expert employee relations advice
  • Represent HR in formal ER meetings
  • Record, analyse and report on ER data
  • You will be able to support our teams throughout their entire employee lifecycle.
  • Support on a variety of interesting people projects including Reward, Wellbeing and DE&I
  • Provide administration support to the team
  • Maintaining HRIS data
  • Dealing with employee queries promptly and accordingly
  • Support HR Business Partners on succession planning
  • Provide occasional support to our recruitment team.

  • You will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to flex your communication style.
  • The ability to be proactive and adaptable while problem solving when required is essential.
  • Have sound knowledge of employment law and employee relations procedures.
  • You will have a strong and positive work ethic with the ability to prioritise your workload.
  • Be confident to work with multiple stakeholders.

This role will be field based (mainly the South of the UK) with a mix of working from home, from our restaurants and our support office in London.

As part of the role, you must be comfortable with UK wide travel as well as the occasional overnight stay & commuting to the Five Guys Support Office is in London around 3/4 times a month.
