We're recruiting an Underwriting Capability Development Facilitator to lead, design and deliver our technical capability development plan for Commercial Underwriting, supporting our drive for Enviable Expertise.

You'll focus on a range of appropriate learning experiences and tailor to the needs of your audience.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, travelling to the AXA Commercial Underwriting offices to facilitate training and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.


What you'll be doing:
Design and develop technical training programs aligned to the underwriting framework. Creating instructional materials, case studies and engaging learning activities tailored to the needs of the audience/ technical subject matter.

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Conduct assessments and providing constructive feedback to participants to measure their understanding and skill development.

Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.


Keep up to date on developments in the industry, regulatory change and emerging risks, integrating new knowledge into training programs.

Leverage different training methodologies and technologies to enhance the learning experience and ensure effectiveness.

Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts and engage participants with varying levels of expertise.

Your Profile

What we're looking for:


Deep understanding of the technical subject matter being taught, the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

Capability to design effective training programs, including creating learning objectives, designing curriculum, and developing instructional materials.

Experience in facilitating interactive learning experiences, adapting to different learning styles and skill levels.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with various training tools and technologies to enhance delivery and effectiveness.
