Job Description:

The TikTok Creative Academy runs 3 days a week for 4 weeks, every month.

Outside of regular facilitation, you will work closely with the career coaches and partnerships team to help participants and promote the programme.

As a facilitator for the TikTok Creative Academy, your duties will include:

  • Delivering engaging and interactive online training sessions to young people on topics related to employability within the creative sector.
  • Working closely with career coaches assigned to individual participants to ensure they receive personalised support and guidance.
  • Developing and updating training materials and resources to ensure they are relevant and up to date.
  • Tracking and monitoring participant progress to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for additional support.
  • Providing feedback and support to participants to help them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Collaborating with our partnerships team to promote the TikTok Creative Academy and attend events to connect with potential participants and partners.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of participant engagement and progress.
  • Participating in regular meetings with our team to discuss progress, feedback, and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

To be successful as a Facilitator for the TikTok Creative Academy, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in facilitating, teaching or training
  • Experience in working with young people
  • A passion for the creative sector
Additional Information

Salary:
£29,500 per annum

Hours of work:
Full time, 37 hours per week

Contract:
Permanent

Flexibility:
Hybrid working - mostly home-based with expectation for mínimal travel.

  • This role requires a DBS enhanced check.
28 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 33 days with service
