Job Purpose:
To provide a multi-disciplined focus with a basis in providing accurate data input, interrogatio and manipulation, produce business quality documents and provide general administrative support across the team.
At all times carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the post in compliance with Armonia's policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accurate initial and ongoing data inputting, data integrity and tracking of information entered into Apprenticeship focussed internal and external systems.
Responsible for monitoring and analysing meaningful data from Apprenticeship focussed systems.
Provide accurate and timely reports where required.
Support the Chief Operating officer to monitor incoming communication, responding to internal and external queries received from applicants and internal/ external stakeholders.
Provide team support for operational and administrative procedures related to the delivery of Apprenticeships.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the Management Information System (MIS), funding, learner eligibility rules in accordance with Armonia's policy.
Support the Chief Operating officer in audit activity, taking action to ensure Armonia is audit ready at all times.
Ensure all archiving is up to date and compliant with internal and statutory requirements.
To understand, be aware of, and ensure full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, and Data Protection Act 2018, during and after employment with Armonia, and to comply with Armonia's Policy for such.
Ensure rooms are prepared for training, events etc
Open and distribute incoming mail; Record and send outgoing mail
Communicate effectively across a wide range of audiences.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuing Personal/Professional Development.
Take reasonable care of the Health and Safety of yourself and that of any other person who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work.
To comply with Armonia's Safeguarding policy and practices, and work in accordance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidance.
To carry out administration and other duties as required within the scope and responsibilities of the role and take responsibility for one's own personal development skills updates as required.
