As a Senior Business Support Officer you will process referrals, arrange and minute multi-agency meetings, upload documentation and reports and manage correspondence in addition to a range of other administrative duties.

You will work closely with the Independent Reviewing Officers and provide high quality and professional support to the Children's Safeguarding Team.


Accuracy and attention to detail is critical together with a strong a commitment to confidentiality and respect of personal information.

Knowledge of data protection (GDPR), Equality and Health and Safety for working within an office environment is also required.

The role is offered as part time (15 hours) and the expected working days would be Monday and Tuesday.

We require a motivated administrator with excellent communication and customer care skills.

The successful applicant will be a well organised and flexible individual who has excellent ICT skills along with good literacy, numeracy and minute taking ability.

You must be able to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as effectively working as part of a team.
