About the Role

The Generation Portfolio Office (GPO) at Drax Power Station is a dynamic team that plays a critical role in driving the company's sustainable energy solutions. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be an integral part of this team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries and coordinate meetings for the Generation Leadership Team
  • Support key business initiatives and projects
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in providing administrative support to a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
