**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer service team as a Warehouse Administrator. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 9am to 5:30pm in our Selby office.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to a wide range of queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

• Work closely with the Warehouse Administration team, as well as other departments, including Orders, Goods Receipt, Customer Services, and General Administration.

• Accurately record information in our internal traffic management systems and warehouse management system.

• Ensure smooth delivery operations, from pickup to final destination.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors to maintain efficient logistics operations.
