What You'll Do:

  • Checking & coding high volume of expenses in line with the company policy
  • Dealing with expense discrepancies and employee queries, in a timely, polite & professional manner
  • Approving & monitoring of employee expenses
  • Management of credit card submissions and reconciliations
  • Limit overdue expense claims and credit card submissions
  • Assist with the new process implementation
  • Preparation of reports
  • Be main point of contact for business in relation to expenses and to build up a good rapport with employees over their expenses and provide assistance and guidance with any expense queries that may arise
  • Adhoc Duties as required

About You:

  • At least 6 months accounts experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge where appropriate
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well organised with the ability to work under pressure
  • Highly numerate
  • A selfstarter with a positive "can do" attitude and a down to earth approachable manner
  • Ability to work accurately in a busy, demanding environment, whist adhering to deadlines
  • Customer service skills an advantage.
