About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of three direct reports, including two Accounting Assistants and one Accounts Payable Manager.
  • Oversee weekly payment runs up to £5,000.
  • Manage cash across multiple bank accounts.
  • Coordinate weekly flash reporting.
  • Handle month-end procedures for two subsidiary companies.
  • Act as the key contact for the audit process.
  • Manage invoice discount facility reconciliation.
  • Oversee revenue reconciliation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in finance management or as a Management Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Financial System.
  • Proficiency in Sum Ifs/Filtering/Pivot Tables, X Look Ups at an intermediate level.
  • Experience in managing teams and developing people management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in audit processes and month-end procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various teams.
