Adele Carr is seeking a Senior Finance Associate with expertise in both accounts payable and receivable to enhance their finance department.

The position will initially require full-time presence in the office, transitioning to a hybrid work model after relocation.


Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
- Process invoices with precision, ensuring accuracy and appropriate coding and authorization.

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up on overdue invoices to guarantee timely collections.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to confirm that all payments are accurately recorded.
- Manage customer accounts, process refunds, and address client billing inquiries.

General Accounting and Administrative Responsibilities:
- Assist in month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Participate in audits and aid in the preparation of audit documentation and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Provide support to the finance team on various projects and initiatives as required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all financial data and information.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a comparable position.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, along with MS Office and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
- A valid driving license is required for commuting between sites.
