to join their growing team on a

Our client is proud to be one the UK's largest vehicle dealerships and has been providing a service to the nation since 1968.

They specialise in luxury and high-performance cars across a number of different brands.

This is a full-time position with a salary of

£37,000 (+ Car allowance)

and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):nCoaching and advising managers on all HR & ER issues ensuring all organisational policies are being followednGiving first line advice to stakeholders on HR related policies and proceduresnSitting on the SLT and ensuring all HR related projects and issues are being brought to meetingsnSupporting on the full recruitment lifecycle across all levels of rolesnUsing HR metrics to identify areas of improvement for the business and bringing these to senior stakeholders

Experience required:
nCoaching stakeholders on complex ER casesnProviding first line HR advice to stakeholdersnRecruitment of roles which vary in seniority
