To support the Outpatient Management Team in delivering a consistent and co-ordinated approach to the operational management of outpatient services across the organisation.
To have specific responsibility for updating the relevant computerised booking systems for clinic maintain session, ensuring this function is co-ordinated and updated accurately and in a timely manner.
To manage the booking team on a day to day basis ensuring implementation of changes to ensure a clear operational streamlined approach is delivered to the team supported by standard operational procedures.
