This leading provider of residential, educational and therapeutic services across the UK are looking to recruit a Regional Manager to support their services in Shropshire.

The role of Regional Manager holds the responsibility of providing leadership, direction. All current homes are currently rated 'good' with Ofsted

You will need to have remote and multi site management experience and have the experience of running "good" or outstanding services

We are looking for someone who has the expertise and vision to lead on achieving the highest standard of performance to meet quality standards, as well as providing the best possible support to young people within the organisations care

Essentials

  • You must hold a UK Driving License and have access to your own vehicle which can be used for business purposes
  • Act as the Responsible Individual under OFSTED regulations
  • Significant experience of working in a residential childcare setting
  • Clear understanding of the Ofsted regulatory framework
  • Experience of multisite management
  • A commitment to delivering high quality care
  • Indepth knowledge of EBD, SEMH and other complex/challenging behaviours
