We are currently recruiting 3 Residential Support Worker to join our long established team, motivated to deliver high standards of personalised care in supporting the welfare and development of the children/young people in our care.
This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to join a dedicated and supportive team within our company in Stockport.
As a member of staff, in a hands-on role, it is essential you have relevant experience in working with children/young people.
You will be responsible for ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained and that the Home's policies and procedures and relevant regulations are followed.
In addition, you will be expected to contribute in care planning, risk assessments, reviews and to participate in staff meetings.
Holding a full driving license would be beneficial. The position requires that all staff members work shifts on a rota basis.
Staff members receive a sleep-in allowance of £50 per shift, the opportunity to join the Company pension scheme and receive a private healthcare package on completion of the relevant probation period.
