Residential Children's Home Team Leader

Location: Gorton area of Greater Manchester
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Home team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our team of Senior Support Workers, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Senior Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to young people.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.
- Work closely with local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of our young people.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker in a residential children's home, specialising in EBD and young people with complex welfare histories.
- Experience of working with young people in a residential setting.
- Full UK driving license - willing to use own car as required (required business insurance pre-induction shifts) and ability to drive minibus where applicable.
