**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Children's Home Manager to lead and manage one of our warm and welcoming 4-bedroom homes. As a pivotal part of our mission to create a nurturing and supportive environment for the young people in our care, you will embody the qualities of a responsible and empathetic leader, ensuring seamless multi-agency collaboration between Care, Education, and Health sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and inspire a staff team, taking responsibility for their training, development, supervisions, and rotas.
* Deliver the Children's Standards in the home.
* Demonstrate commitment to working with children and young people with complex and challenging high-end behavioural needs.
* Be a positive role model to the children and young people.
* Have previous management experience in a children's residential home setting.
**Requirements**
* Previous management experience in a children's residential home setting.
* Therapeutic background and hold or working towards a level 5 in Children, young people and family practitioner qualification.
* NVQ level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care for Young people.
