Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking a Trainee Registered Manager for a children's residential home in Stockport that provides therapeutic care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and make a real difference in the lives of children.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care while maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations.
- Support and develop your staff, ensuring they receive the necessary training to deliver exceptional care.
- Implement care & behaviour plans, ensuring each young person receives personalised support in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Ensure the home maintains its "Good" Ofsted rating by meeting and exceeding care standards.
- Benefit from a thorough 2-week induction, ongoing training, and a performance enhancement system to ensure your team is always progressing.
- Enjoy a generous bonus structure, with a £5,000 bonus upon completing your fit persons interview and an additional £10,000 per year in achievable performance bonuses.
- Experience working with children in a residential setting, particularly those with EBD.
- A Deputy Manager or senior residential support worker ready to step into a Registered Manager role.
- A solid understanding of Children's Home Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards 2015 is advantageous.
