We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to join our team as a Children's Home Manager. As a pivotal member of our mission to create a nurturing environment for young people, you will lead and manage one of our homes, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing strong leadership to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a staff team, taking responsibility for their training, development, and supervision.
  • Deliver the Children's Standards in the home.
  • Previous management experience in a children's residential home setting is essential.
  • Ideal candidates will have a therapeutic background and hold or be working towards a level 5 qualification in Children, Young People and Family Practitioner.
